Note: This item is only sold online This acrylic painting measure 12 x 24 inches. It is done on a gallery wrapped 1 ½ inch thick canvas so does not need to be framed. It arrives with the hardware in place so is ready to hang immediately when you receive it. Walking through the forest in the fall is a sensuous experience. The colours are intoxicating, and the crunch of fallen leaves is music to the ears. It is a favorite time of year for me to paint. The tree trunks in this painting were formed by laying down the paint then quickly dragging an art wedge across them before the acrylic dries. It’s a fun technique and very effective.
