| This 20-page magazine (8 1/2 x 11), illustrated and written by Gary Squire, highlights some of his best photos and favourite places to visit in and around Vancouver. The photos in My Vancouver represent Gary's personal view of Vancouver, the city he loves and has lived in for over 45 years. Most of the photos illustrate his own haunts within walking distance from his home in the West End, such as Stanley Park, Gastown, beaches, gardens, coffee shops and downtown scenes. Some photos from a little further afield include his favourite hiking spots, Grouse Mountain and Sea-to-Sky Summit. My Vancouver has a high-end look, with a semi-gloss, soft cover, and premium quality paper. The photos are vivid with a matte, velvet finish. This magazine is Gary's second publication. Vol 1, called Vancouver Dreaming, has sold out, but will be in print again soon. |
