| Birds on lake seems calm and collected on water, what you don't see is their wedge-like feet are at working swimming to float. To me it is a form of meditation when I see birds on water. Knowing that they have a natural trust to the water which will float them and provide food. Similarly some of the most calm and wonderful people have put in hours and hours into self development, which is pure hard work and in return they strive to do good in the world.
