Located in the heart of Downtown Nanaimo, this vibrant new Market Hall is about to get a whole lot more amazing. This is a major moment not only for us, but for the entire Vancouver Island arts community.
We’re bringing our successful Vancouver model to Nanaimo, establishing a dynamic creative hub inside a landmark building at
1 Commercial Street, a central, high‑visibility location just steps from major Island entry points including ferries, flights, and even helicopter access. Soundworks will soon open as a bustling market hall filled with new restaurants, bars, and cafés surrounding an airy communal dining space… and we are a major part of it.
