Medium: Resin art with alcohol inks
Enjoy the beauty of a hummingbird year ’round! The special holographic effect means that you can see the colours shift, as the sun shines through the resin. This beautiful suncatcher measures approximately 5″ x 5″ (13cm x 13cm). The first layer of resin is tinted with alcohol inks, leaving the resin translucent. After the first layer has cured, a second, clear layer of resin is poured on top, resulting in approx. 1/4″ thickness. The holographic effect is embedded in the resin, meaning it won’t go away or ‘wear out’.
