Kim Bricker

Hello! My name is Kim and I am a self-taught mixed media artist. While all my paintings are finished in oils to help activate the colour frequency, each piece contains several mixed media layers which include paint markers, collage, and expressive mark-making. I like to have as much fun as I possibly can when creating each piece and I really hope that shines through in my finished work. Each painting begins as a large, expressive mess which helps give the finished pieces their energy. My primary subject matter is wildlife portraits painted in a whimsical and colourful environment.
