Violet Nesdoly

Violet Nesdoly returned to her old love of art in 2017 after over twenty years as a freelance writer, author, and poet. She enjoys depicting the wonders of creation and the pleasures of everyday life in watercolour and mixed media. Her preferred styles are botanical and photo-realism. A daily sketchbook practice (in which she lives by the Samantha Dion Baker observation, “Anything can be drawn and it becomes beautiful once it’s on the page”) keeps this Langley B.C. artist challenged, inspired, and growing.
