My creative medium of choice is painting with light - better known as photography. I use it as a means of self expression and to document the world around me. I am continually inspired by the colours and textures that surround us, accepting that everything is impermanent and fleeting. I seek the unknown and I look for the light within the shadows. My goal in painting with light is to capture those fleeting moments in an attempt to zero in on the now and the emotions they may evoke. As a primarily self-taught art photographer, I am always seeking to deepen my knowledge and broaden my skill set. As that happens, new images will be created along the way.
