Craft
I’m a British embroidery artist living on the Sunshine Coast.
I first picked up a needle 10 years ago and have returned to it over the years for it’s creative release. I've now started embroidering full time and am grateful for the respite it has provided. Because each stitch is intentionally placed, embroidery requires a thoughtful approach and very delicate touch. In turn, it grants me a meditative space
for reflection.
I feel such a strong connection to the earth and safeguarding nature has always been important to me. After moving to BC for a slower pace of life, I developed a close relationship to the natural world that I wasn’t expecting. I celebrate this through my work.
