The Studios
Introducing Pacific Arts Market (PAM) The Studios! As of September 1st, 2021, we took over the entire building and now have up to 8 studio spaces available. Our studios range from 50 Sq Ft. – 105 Sq. Ft. and are priced from $300 to $590/month (6-month minimum rental). Rent includes heat/ac, hydro, business hours access, wifi, as well as the use of the washrooms, and common area storage. They are on the main floor of the building.

Criteria

Creative practitioners from all disciplines, including but not limited to design, visual arts, digital media, photography, and writers.

You are either an Emerging, a Mid-Career, or an Established Artist.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or above
Application and Rental Process
If you are interested in renting a space at PAM, you must complete and submit the Application Form. Submissions are reviewed against our criteria and successful applicants are then placed on our pre-approved waiting list.
All decisions are final and PAM does not provide feedback or updates beyond our initial response. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
